Since Pigmentum^TM works inside out, therefore even though it is performing its actions it may not be immediately visible to the naked eye. However, around one month in to the treatment small dots can be noticed on the skin. These are the initial pigment marks that indicate that Pigmentum^TM is doing its job. As the marks increase it means the treatment is working and finally the marks should fill up the whole depigmented area. The area now pigmented will have a slightly lighter color than the rest of the skin. With continued treatment the color matches the skin. The whole process is four months long. Being able to visibly gauge the progress of the treatment is highly encouraging for most patients and gives them the motivation to carry on.
